Campaign operations

How a pilot runs.

Everything below is agreed in writing before a single asset goes live. This is the detail a marketing-ops or procurement reviewer needs to sign a new vendor off internally.

Workflow

Eight steps, brief to report.

The scoped pilot, proof of quality and wider campaign model, broken down into the steps each side actually works to.

  1. 01

    Brief & targeting agreed

Accounts, personas, channels, lead criteria and volume confirmed in writing.

  2. 02

    Coverage estimate

We confirm reachable audience size and an indicative lead volume and timeline against that criteria.

  3. 03

    Pilot agreement signed

A simple, procurement-friendly scope of work. Not a long-term contract.

  4. 04

    Campaign setup

Creative and content assets prepared and approved: client-supplied, Demand Lens created, or co-developed.

  5. 05

    Campaign live

Outreach begins across the agreed channels.

  6. 06

    Lead delivery

Leads delivered on an agreed cadence, with a regular check-in call to review quality and pacing.

  7. 07

    Full delivery

    Pilot volume and duration completed.

  8. 08

    Post-campaign report

Full reporting pack delivered, covering delivery, engagement and what it means for a next phase.

Operational checklist

What gets agreed before anything runs.

No campaign starts until every line here is confirmed. It is what makes the pilot procurement-friendly rather than just described that way.

Targeting

Geography, sector, company size, seniority and job titles.

Creative

Client-supplied, Demand Lens created, or co-developed.

Lead delivery method

Structured lead file (CSV) or direct handoff into your CRM.

Lead delivery template

The fields captured per lead, agreed up front.

Delivery cadence

The agreed delivery day and frequency.

Target account lists (TALs)

The specific account universe the campaign runs against.

Company concentration limit

A cap on how many leads can come from any single account, so delivery isn't concentrated in a handful of large organisations.

Suppression lists

Existing customers, current contacts and unsubscribes excluded before the campaign starts.

Pacing

Lead flow spread evenly across the campaign window rather than front or back loaded.

Qualifying & profiling questions

The agreed multiple-choice questions used to qualify a lead.

Follow-up strategy

Confirmed in advance: email nurture, SDR follow-up, or both.

Success measures

Agreed up front: lead quality, conversion rate and pipeline or opportunity impact.

Reporting

Format and cadence agreed up front.

Reporting

What you get back.

Every lead is reported individually, and the pilot closes with a full reporting pack rather than a delivery count.

Executive summary

Campaign dates, leads delivered against target, the standout content asset, and a one-paragraph headline insight.

Seniority breakdown

Who actually engaged, grouped by seniority band: Director and above, Head or Manager, individual contributor.

Sector & therapeutic-area breakdown

Which parts of the target account universe engaged most, so the next phase can be weighted accordingly.

Narrative commentary

A short analyst-style read on what the data suggests and what it means for a wider campaign.

Pricing

Every pilot is scoped and quoted individually based on target accounts, channels and volume. There is no flat rate card, but you will have a clear, itemised quote before anything runs.
